I.Summary

Note: the abscissa of the Curve is the field emitting value ofthe broadcasting channel of base station on the spot where the isolate is used while the ordinate is the radius of the isolator. In order to make sure the effectiveness, when using the isolator, you should check the field strength of base station on the spot, find out the related disturbance radius as per the attached fig.1 and fig.2, and install the isolator according to the circumstance where isolation protection is applied.

IV. Installation and operation instruction

4.1 Installation procedure and means:

4.1.1 Take out the isolator from the packaging;

4.1.2 Screw the antennas into the corresponding antenna seats respectively, otherwise they will be useless;

4.1.3 Hang the isolator onto the wall, and the best hanging height is 1-1.8 meters;

4.1.4 Insert the AC plug into the socket, connect the 5V output to the isolator, then switch on. When the power indicator is lit, it means that the device starts working.

4.1.5 The installation location in the space of different sizes can be decided according to the following fig.

Ex1：indoor small space（less than 200 m2）

Ex2：indoor big space（more than 200 m2,preferably by the cellular mode.）

Ex3：outdoor big space（more than 1000 m2,preferably by the cellular mode.）

4.2 Important

4.2.1 Before turning on the device, you must install the antennas according to the mark indicated on the main unit.

4.2.2 Since the valid scope covered by the isolator is a round area with the isolator as the center, you should pay attention to choosing the correct place where the device is located so as to avoid the dead corner.

4.2.3 The device should be placed in the areas of good ventilation. Please try to avoid the shielding of big objects, or keep away strong electromagnetic sources with heat sources to ensure high isolation effect and stable operation for a long time.

4.2.4 Do not put other objects on the isolator or dismantle antenna while the device is working. Otherwise, the isolation effectiveness will be tampered with or the device will be damaged.

4.2.5 Switch off the device in time when not using it, lest the normal operation of mobile phones be affected.

4.2.6 While using the isolator outdoors, be sure to keep it away from water or damp.

4.2.7 When the application area is larger than the covering scope of the device, it is recommended to use several isolators and install them by cellular mode.

4.2.8 Since power supply, antenna and main unit make a whole set, and were debugged integrally when leaving factory, in order to ensure the best effect, do not mix-use them with others.

4.2.9 Keep away from caustic gases and liquids, and be sure to make it dust-proof and moisture-proof, lest the aging of the components inside should be accelerated.

4.2.10 When the isolator is placed outdoors or in the field where rats and ants often resort, please take protection measures.

V. Maintenance

5.1 The isolator needs no special maintenance.

5.2 Do not use chemical solvents or prevent water from entering into the device when cleaning its surface.

5.3 When not in use, the device should be placed in dry and ventilated places, to avoid its contact with salty mist and noxious gases.

5.4 The warranty period is one year. It is repaired free of charge for three years and maintained for life.

VI. FAQ(Frequently asked questions)

6.1 While mobile phone signal isolator is in operation, why there is still signal indication on some mobile phones?

Reply: this is only a feint. In fact, the mobile phones can not communicate at the moment. With a casual press on the dial keys, it will be found out that there is no signal indication at all.

6.2 Does the mobile phone signal isolator interfere with the normal operation of other electronic devices?

Reply: no. This is because the electromagnetic signal emitted by the isolator is completely in the range of the mobile phone frequency set by the state. It can only block off the communication of mobile phones. In addition, this kind of signal is always in a comparatively static state, it will not affect other electronic devices.

6.3 Does the mobile phone signal isolator do harm to human bodies and mobile phones?

Reply: please set your heart at rest. The electromagnetic signal emitted by the isolator is very weak, it is shown by test data that such signal will not do harm to human bodies. At the same time, the mobile phone signal isolator will only block off the forwarding signals of mobile phones, make it unable to communicate with the base station, thus will not cause any damage to the mobile phone itself.

6.4 Is there any difference of operation range between indoor use and outdoor use?

Reply: yes. The operation range usually refers to indoor range. When using the device in a wide outdoor space, the operation range can reach as long as hundreds of meters. It should be pointed out whenever using it indoor or outdoor, the operation range has something to do with the conditions on the spot such as the distance from base station to the device and the installation place etc. Therefore, this point should be taken into account while using the isolator in order to avoid any dead corner which will affect its operation.

6.5 Is the effect of the isolator on GSM phone and CDMA phone the same?

Reply: it is a good question. The anti-disturbance performance of CDMA phones is far better than GSM phones. However, there is not a great difference, only about 2~4 meters although the operation range of the isolator on CDMA phones is smaller than that on GSM. Yet, to ensure good effect on CDMA phones, user should increase the number of isolators indoors if necessary.

6.6 The housing of isolator gets hot after a period time of operation, does long time operation destroys the device?

Reply: thank you for your carefulness. This is a normal phenomenon. In fact, when designing, we take advantage of the heat conductivity oflegging casing made of aluminum alloy to assist radiating for long time of stable operation. So, a hot casing will not damage the device.
